Noticed that today's bounty is in the deep and I want to finally go there! Where do people meet up for this sort of thing? Normally I'd guess in the outpost of the deep, but since you need a scroll to get there, I imagine people might be meeting up somewhere else (so each individual doesn't have to use up one scroll.)

So what outpost might I be most likely to find a group for this in?

PUGs will use their scrolls and meet up in the outpost.
Guilds often meet in there guild halls or in Cavalon to make sure they have enough people.

Best bet would be to just use the scroll and meet up with a group there

Yeah like RedDog said most will use scrolls to go ahead into the Deep and group up there.

Go to Cavalon, and use a scroll.

Try and run a build useful to the group - knockdowns are good also, Move Like a Dwarf etc if a caster Explain you haven't done before to the group so they can help you out as there's a few tricks involved.

Read the entire article on the wiki first, if you've never been there. Then decide which profession to use your scroll on (since you wont' know what people need until you get there, you'll want to warp with a profession that most parties will want, namely monks, rits, necros, and warriors).

I run:

Monk: HB or UA doesn't matter which
Ritualist: SoS+channeling or communing spirits or mix
Warrior: EH/DS/SY! protector or 100b/whirl

Doesn't matter to me, which do you think might be most in demand if I do use a scroll first?

Monk or rit probably.

Last time I was in the deep warriors tanked, they werent attackers. But that may have changed since they buffed 100b.

You need to be in Cavalon to use a scroll to get to the Deep. Each person needs to use an individual scroll to get there - that is, if you were to form/join a group in Cavalon and then use a scroll, you would find yourself in the Deep (outpost) by yourself, without the group. The only exception to this (that I can think of off hand) is that one person can go to The Deep, then go to the Guild Hall and pick up the rest of the group, and then "leave" the GH with the group and take them all to The Deep.
You could, therefore, I assume, "guest" people to a Guild, to avoid needing to have each player use a scroll, but that's not something to count on - and, of course, the PUGs form up in The Deep, so if you're already there, you don't need to be guested.

Same goes for Urgoz's Warren, btw - except that House Zu Heltzer is used instead of Cavalon. And I can verify all this because myself and 2 guildies, plus heroes and a random human monk we picked up, decided to do Urgoz's just last night for grins.

Note: characters need to have been in the Deep / Urgoz's Warren before in order to be able to be ferried there using a guild hall (i.e. you cannot ferry characters who have never been there).
